Hi Rick,

I was moved by learning that you visited me in the hospital and I didn't even know it.

Come visit me in Cedar Park; it's not as far as Dallas. Do you have a regular work week?

Rick,

Sally is doing flowers today, 7/16.

We need to set up a schedule for the next month or so. Also, Judy is going to be helping.

I can do August 6th for sure. Also, I could do 20th and/or 27.

September:

I'll most likely be out two weeks. I haven't pinned the dates down yet. Most likely the 17th and 24th.

When are you available?

Laurie

Hi Rick! The gathering for Sangha Care is on the 13th, not the 6th, but at 6pm! I hope that works for you.

Hi Rick,
Great to hear from you. I am just fine, thanks. If you will leave me your email address, I'll send it to you as an attachment. There's probably a way to do it here but my techno skills do not extend this far.
blessings,
annie

Appamada is not just the occasional mindful thought or attentive state of mind, it’s actually a commitment to being attentive. It’s more than just a meditative state of mind, it’s more than just being mindful. It has to do with that primary ethical or moral orientation we have in life, with which we bring into being whatever activity we’re engaged in. Whether in formal meditation, in our interactions with other people, in our social concerns, or in our political choices, it’s the energetic cherishing of what we regard as good.
